Each product has a unique number to identify the customer to their keys should they go missing or be stolen. If we cannot retrieve the lost keys, then we help get the customer back on track through our trusted network of locksmiths. Our experienced in-house customer service team will ensure the correct support is given to the customer, no matter where they are.
